Living With A Long Term Health Condition?
Hospital FRC is delighted to be offering the Living Well Programme which will take place from 27th October to 1st December every Thursday morning with the HSE at the Family Resource Centre.
The free group programme is delivered by trained leaders, most of whom are also living with long-term health conditions. It can help you to devleope the skills and confidence to manage your health condition.
