The FRC is made up of the core funded staff and project co-ordinator, who are supported by volunteers, students on placement and TUS, RSS and CE staff. They work with the counselling team and the parent support workers and steering group.
The staff report to the voluntary board of directors, who are part of a number of sub-groups, including Older Peoples, Finance, Staff Liason, Premises, PR and Governance.
